Ham N Jam

On August 14, 2010 Green Valley Enterprises will be hosting its annual fundraiser at the Beaver Dam Conservationists Club on Highway G just outside of Beaver Dam. The event has been branded "Ham N Jam" owing to its two main features, a hog roast and live music performance featuring The Lucas Cates Band. Proceeds from the event complement other funding for the agency, allowing it to provide vital activities for its clients to enjoy.

The evening includes a pig roast with all the trimmings from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. The Lucas Cates Band takes the stage at 7PM for a planned four hour show. There will be a variety of beverages to enjoy, as well as chances to win in 50/50 raffles, a silent auction, and several drawings.

Tickets are $25, including the dinner, entertainment, and two beverages. They are available at their website, www.greenvalleyinc.org, where PayPal payments are accepted, from the Green Valley offices at 1223 Madison Street in Beaver Dam, or from many Green Valley employees. Tickets sold on the web will be available at the event gate. After 8PM, there is an $8 cover charge at the event. Green Valley Enterprises supports several hundred individuals and families with special needs throughout Dodge and neighboring counties. Green Valley relies on an array of revenues to fund programs for Birth – 3, Work Services, Special Needs Activity Programs, Summer Camp, and Adult Day needs. Since 1968 Green Valley’s mission has been to provide these services and many more in support of a healthy community.
