Kathy's makeover began with Wendy Pierce, stylist, coloring her hair with a natural brown and then added some highlights. It was then cut with a texturizing razor to give it a little less bulk and more movement. Wendy styled the hair with Paul Mitchell dry wax to give it an edgy look. Her hair was sprayed with Hard Head from Bed Head to keep the style all day.
Skin care and color cosmetics were provided by Daune DeVries, beauty consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics. Kathy's normal/dry facial skin needed Timewise skin care for dry skin. After skin care, a thin layer of beige foundation formulated for dry skin was used to continue moisturizing throughout the day. A brush of mineral powder foundation gave her skin a little more glow. Wendy had also sculpted Kathy's eyebrows to open up her eye area and the brows were filled with some eyebrow color to define further. Kathy's deep set eyes were brought out from behind her glasses with a lot of highlight color. A light application of a medium brown was used to brighten the blue color of her eyes. Melon shades of cheek color and lip color were used to bring her new look together. Gorgeous!

Having grown out the layers of her hair and always having a permanent for body, Kelly Soldner, stylist at Key West Tanning Salon & Spa had a great updated style in mind for Jennifer. Jennifer's new look began with a neutral brown all over hair color. Kelly then foiled a red brown and a golden blond throughout the top to add dimension to the hair color. After the color, Kelly cut three inches of Jennifer's hair and added layers throughout the top. This framed Jennifer's beautiful face. Her hair was then blown dry and a flat iron was used to finish the look.
Jennifer's skin is oily to combination. She was treated to Mary Kay's Timewise skin care program for oily/combination, provided by Daune DeVries, beauty consultant. Jennifer tried Mineral Powder foundation in Beige 2 after concealing unwanted discolorations. A flower in bloom inspired Jennifer's color palette. Eyes were accented with crystalline, java and periwinkle, cheeks with Gold Canyon and lips with berry lip liner, hibiscus lip color with a little lip gloss.
This new look was the perfect finish to a successful fitness challenge!

Wendy Pierce, stylist at Key West Tanning Salon & Spa, began Katie's makeover by foiling in a warm blonde, copper and golden brown color into Katie's blonde hair. This created more interest. Her hairstyle was a one-layer bob cut, so Wendy decided to layer it and texturize it in the back for a little more lift. Styling included a blow dry with some volumizing root boost, super skinny serum for smoothing and Hard Head hair spray from Bed Head to keep it all in place.
After Katie's skin was cleansed, exfoliated, freshened, and moisturized with Mary Kay's Timewise skin care, provided by Daune DeVries, beauty consultant, a concealer was used to hide some imperfections. Then Mineral Powder foundation was applied to give flawless, fabulous coverage. Wendy had sculpted Katie's eyebrows to open up the eye area and Katie used a blonde eyebrow pencil to fill in some color. Katie's natural glow was brought out with a modern and minimalist array of colors like moonstone, hazelnut and rainforest eyes, Santa Fe sun cheeks, and coral lip colors from the Color 101 collection with Mary Kay Cosmetics. It's a perfect combination for her fabulous new hairstyle and color.
