Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

4-5 boneless chicken breasts

1 jar salsa (Jenny likes “Bucky

Badger” due to less sugar)

Whole wheat tortilla shells

Mixed greens

Toppings of choice such as black

beans, brown rice, corn,

avocados, tomatoes, etc.

Directions 

Place chicken breasts (Ok if frozen) into slow cooker. Pour jar of salsa over top. Cook for 4-6 hours on low. With fork, break chicken breasts apart into shreds or small pieces. Put chicken in tortilla shells or over salad greens. Add toppings. (Serve brown rice on the side or in the taco.)
