Roasted Veggie Wraps

Directions:

Mix Italian salad dressing, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. Pour over vegetables. Spoon on to baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.

Layer vegetables and cheese on tortillas. Place on cookie sheet. Broil for about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

 

Ingredients:

1 Envelope of Italian Salad Dressing Mix

2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 Cups of Assorted Vegetables – Choose Your Favorites

6 Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese Slices

6 Flour Tortillas
